ISLAMABAD, September 21 (APP): Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Aneeq Ahmed, on Thursday extended heartfelt congratulation to Saudi leadership Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman on the Saudi Arabia’s 93rd National Day.
He, in a statement, said the people of Pakistan shared in the joy of their Saudi brothers and sisters on this momentous day.
Minister Aneeq praised the Saudi leadership for their exemplary hospitality and provision of facilities to the ‘Guests of the Rahman’, noting the exceptional care extended to pilgrims and visitors. Saudi Arabia, he emphasized, stood as a distinguished and vital nation within the Muslim Ummah, demonstrating remarkable progress in all fields.
Expressing gratitude for the 27 million Pakistani expatriates, Minister Aneeq highlighted their unwavering efforts in the progress and development of Saudi Arabia. He acknowledged the unique relationship between Saudi Arabia and its citizens and the worldwide Muslim community, transcending borders and connecting Muslims from every corner of the globe.
Minister Aneeq said Saudi Arabia, with its remarkable journey from its inception to the present day, had witnessed astonishing development, particularly under the visionary leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, especially through the Vision 2030 initiative.
He reaffirmed the friendly and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, underscoring the importance of continued cooperation for the progress and stability of both nations. “On this Saudi National Day, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes for Saudi Arabia’s prosperity and success,” Minister Aneeq maintained.
